Originally formed by Dennis Coffey and Mike Theodore in 1977 in Detroit, C.J. & Co released two albums in the 70's. They enjoyed big success of single 'Devil's Gun.' and then they faded away after one more album was released in 1978. It is a nice mixed bag of 70's funk, soul and disco.
